Produziert werden: verschiedene Leberkäsesorten, verschiedene Weisswürste, Zweierlei Salami, diverse Sorten Lyoner, Rote gerauchte Bratwürste, Frankfurter, Nürnberger , Roastbeef, mehrere gefüllte Braten, verschiedene Senfsorten, Roggen- und Mischbrote, Sauerkraut, Spätzle, verschiedene Salate, Marmeladen etc.
All diese Produkte werden selbst hergestellt und die angewendete Rezeptur und vorgehensweise ist in der Zwischenzeit ausgereift und erprobt. Doch ebenso wichtig ist, dass der Originalgeschmack eingehalten wurde und dass dies bei der Bevölkerung hier gut ankommt. Man merkt einfach, dass schon in der Geschichte die Halbinsel Yucatan mehr Kontakte zu Europa hatte als zum Rest von Mexiko.
Es gibt diverse Anfragen von Supermarktketten und Hotels, die gerne diese deutschen Produkte mit anbieten würden, aber der jetzigen Eigentümerin wird diese zusätzliche Arbeit zu viel.
