The Villa Cabo Blanco is located on the Peninsula de Nicoya (Central Pacific Coast) as part of the luxury resort Tango Mar, nestled in a magnificent coastal scenery, surrounded by deserted, palm-fringed sandy beaches and craggy rock formations. The Villa itself is about 40m above sea level and about 200 m from the beach. Along the coastline are small villages and towns like Montezuma, Mal Pais, Santa Teresa, and Tambor Cobano, each with its own special charm. Here a healthy eco-tourism has been developed. Plenty of entertainment is available: several golf courses, horseback riding along the beach, surfing, diving, or visiting the National Park Cabo Blanco and Curu, the famous Isla Tortuga and Isla de Coco. From the flamboyant entrance - arranged in one hexagonal room, a large spiral staircase made out of beautiful Nazareno wood (Purple Heart) leads to the upper floor. Through generous arcs a successful transition towards the living room has been created. This room is inviting, bright and airy, with a direct view to the ceiling, which is 20 feet above the floor. This ceiling is built out of exclusive types of wood. Only the view of the bridge out of Nazareno, which connects the premises from the first floor above the living room and the kitchen distracts from the loft-like arrangement of the spacious communal area. Again arcade-like arches lead to the partially covered terrace. The villa is equipped with three large bed- and bathrooms, all having views towards the sea and garden. The ground floor premises are connected by a terrace. Furthermore, there is a cozy guest or employees house. In front of the house, a large pool with various amenities, which include an integrated waterfall, invites to spend the afternoon close to it. The tropical garden is particularly interesting for lovers of flora and fauna: monkeys and birds such as parrots and toucans in the surrounding jungle are very well observed. The beach is ideal for bathing, sunbathing, snorkeling, and surfing. A short hike to the next beach leads to a waterfall, offering a sweet water shower.
The building was built according to Central European quality criteria and standards and has walls and floors made out of concrete and rebar. The tap water has drinking quality and is supplied from sources that are located in the resort. The villa is located at about 40 meters above sea level and 200 meters from the sea. In Costa Rica the legal Maritime zone is 200m from the sea, within which one can only acquire leasehold. The entire Resort Tango Mar is an exception, which restricts the Maritime Zone of 50 meters to the beach, and all properties there - like this lot which mainly lies within the 200m zone - have registered titles.
